This Privacy Policy explains how Aida Boke, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® with United Real Estate North Jersey ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, handles information in connection with this website and the software tools and applications we provide (the "Services").

3. Analytics and third-party services
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (hosting logs may record IP addresses for security and reliability). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services on this site.
Scheduling. The booking page uses Cal.com to show availability and take appointments. When that page loads, Cal.com receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, and anything you enter to book is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
Forms. The enquiry forms are delivered by Netlify Forms. Your name, phone number, email address, and message are stored in this site's Netlify account so Aida can reply to you.
Messaging. If you use the WhatsApp link, your message is carried by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only with the service providers that operate the Services (such as our host), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it, then delete or de-identify it. Our standard periods:

7. Deleting your data
Data stored on your device. Anything this site saves in your browser — such as preferences or saved progress — stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this site, which permanently erases it.

8. Children
The Services are general-audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security practices

- We keep no secret API keys or credentials in front-end code.
- We collect as little personal information as possible, and store nothing we do not need.
